I’m pregnant! Obviously still very early, but I’m excited to have reached this milestone. My body can do this! This was my 3rd IVF cycle and its only been this cycle that I’ve put in the proper time and effort to really get my mind body connection sorted out – and I’m confident that has made the difference. In addition to listening to Circle+Bloom, I also went to a new acupuncturist, a fertility coach and listened to Zita West’s meditations. I’ve now signed up for your pregnancy meditations, which I am really enjoying. Thank you so much for your support and keep up the good work!
