"A couple months ago, we became pregnant for the first time and unfortunately miscarried. Even though my regular practice included meditation and yoga, I was having a difficult time processing the grief and the loss of control. The month after our miscarriage, my sister got pregnant (yay!) which was exciting but also poked the wound and felt like more pressure was added. This program helped me restore my faith in my body knowing that it was doing everything it knew it should do and brought a sense of calming hope that my body knows the right time to get pregnant.
